This is the base trim level for the 2023 Toyota Highlander, but that doesn't mean that it skimps on popular features and advanced technologies. This three-row SUV offers a full suite of safety features, including Lane Tracing Assist and Road Sign Assist, and useful in-car tech like Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™.
LE
The LE adds a larger touchscreen, measuring at eight inches, and some leather trim to the interior. This is also the lowest trim level that's also available as a hybrid.
XLE
This trim level adds a few more premium features, like heated power outside mirrors, a wireless smartphone charging pad, and a power tilt and slide moonroof. A Toyota Highlander XLE Hybrid variation is also available.
XSE
This sportier take on the Toyota Highlander comes equipped with black alloy wheels, a twin-tip exhaust, and a sport-tuned suspension. You can also equip this model with a JBL® sound system with 11 speakers. There is no hybrid variation for this trim level.
Bronze Edition
This trim level is only available as a hybrid. It has exclusive bronze-colored wheels and interior accents, including seat stitching.
Limited
This more luxurious version of the 2023 Toyota Highlander comes equipped with a premium JBL® sound system, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and front and rear parking assist. We also like the addition of leather-trimmed seats and a hands-free power liftgate. The Limited trim is also available as a hybrid.
Platinum
This model sits at the top of the lineup. The Toyota Highlander Platinum offers all of the tech found in the previous trim levels, a panoramic glass roof, and multiple 120V outlets and USB charging ports.
