If you’re buying a certified pre-owned Toyota vehicle, one of the benefits is knowing that it’s gone through an extensive and detailed reconditioning process. But what exactly goes into the Toyota reconditioning process here at Hall Toyota Virginia Beach? We’re happy to break it down for potential customers.
The Toyota 160-Point Inspection
When preparing a pre-owned Toyota vehicle for our certified pre-owned program, one of the first things we do is put it through a 160-point inspection to make sure every single component of the vehicle is working the way it was meant to work.
In fact, we conduct a 165-point inspection for Fuel Cell Vehicles and a 174-point inspection for Hybrids, all with the goal of finding even minor problems before customers take home a CPO model.
The Reconditioning Process
If any issues arise, we fix them! Our specially trained technicians will use only genuine Toyota parts in replacing any faulty components, meaning you’re getting the highest-quality parts installed by the most highly qualified service techs. Once they are content that the vehicle is up to the high standards Toyota has set out for CPO models, we put it on our lot and make it available for sale.
